Dispatch X – Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the relationship between Dispatch X (“we,” “us,” “our”), a training institution specializing in logistics and supply chain education, and the student (“you,” “your”) who enrolls in our courses, whether in-person or online. By enrolling in any Dispatch X program, you agree to these Terms in full.
1. Enrollment and Acceptance
1.1 Admission into any Dispatch X course is subject to:
- Completion of our enrollment form,
- Acceptance of these Terms, and
- Full or partial payment as outlined in Section 3.
1.2 Dispatch X reserves the right to refuse enrollment to any applicant who does not meet the prerequisites or fails to comply with these Terms.
2. Course Content and Delivery
2.1 Courses are designed to provide knowledge and practical skills in logistics, supply chain management, freight forwarding, customs clearance, and dispatch operations.
2.2 Delivery methods may include:
- Classroom-based instruction,
- Live virtual sessions,
- Pre-recorded video lessons,
- Practical workshops and site visits.
2.3 Dispatch X may update, revise, or replace course modules to maintain relevance with industry standards without prior notice.
3. Fees, Payments, and Refunds
3.1 Course fees are stated at the time of enrollment and must be paid in full before the start date unless otherwise agreed in writing.
3.2 Accepted payment methods include bank transfer, credit/debit card, or any other method communicated by Dispatch X.
3.3 Refund Policy:
- Full refund if cancellation is made at least 7 days before the course start date.
- 50% refund if cancellation is made within 3 days of the start date.
- No refund once the course has commenced.
3.4 In cases of withdrawal due to documented medical or emergency reasons, refunds or credit toward future courses may be considered at our discretion.
4. Student Conduct
4.1 Students are expected to:
- Treat instructors, staff, and fellow students with respect,
- Attend scheduled classes on time,
- Complete assignments and assessments as required,
- Avoid any disruptive or unlawful behavior.
4.2 Dispatch X reserves the right to suspend or terminate a student’s participation without refund for:
- Academic dishonesty,
- Harassment or abusive behavior,
- Breach of these Terms.
5. Certification
5.1 Certificates of Completion will be awarded only to students who:
- Successfully complete all required modules and assessments,
- Fulfill attendance requirements (minimum 80% attendance for in-person sessions),
- Meet all financial obligations to Dispatch X.
6. Intellectual Property
6.1 All course materials, including but not limited to manuals, slides, videos, and exercises, are the intellectual property of Dispatch X.
6.2 Students may use these materials solely for personal study and may not reproduce, distribute, or resell them without prior written consent.
7. Limitation of Liability
7.1 Dispatch X will not be liable for:
- Loss of income, business, or data,
- Travel or accommodation costs,
- Any indirect or consequential damages.
7.2 Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific course in question.
8. Privacy and Data Protection
8.1 Dispatch X collects and processes personal data in accordance with applicable privacy laws.
8.2 Your information will be used solely for enrollment, course delivery, and communication purposes.
9. Force Majeure
9.1 Dispatch X is not responsible for delays, cancellations, or changes caused by events beyond our control, including natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions, or public health emergencies.
10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
10.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Insert Country/Province].
10.2 Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through mediation, failing which they shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in [Insert Location].
11. Amendments

By enrolling in any Dispatch X course on or after August 10, 2025, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
